Refund and Return Policy for Naasify
We at Naasify understand that sometimes, things may not go as planned, and our customers may need to cancel an order or return a product. We want to make the process as easy and transparent as possible for our customers. Please read our Return and Refund Policy.
Customers can cancel an order any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at email@example.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If the Product is damaged, you may return it within 2 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and issue a refund within 30-35 business days.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue the refund to the original payment method used to make the purchase. The refund will be for the cost of the product only and will not include any shipping charges. If you are returning a product due to a defect on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exceptions: Some products may not be eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations. These include:

- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
